As a Project Coordinator, I work with freelancers to bring projects from conception to final deliverables. I assist with press checks to ensure content accuracy, color standards, bindery, and assembly of printed pieces. Also, I manage external vendors to ensure consistent production standards, timeliness, cost-efficiencies, and seamless executions. I am responsible for quality control of all mailings to ensure company standards and data accuracy and direct vendor fulfillment teams to resolve quality issues and implement solutions to meet deadlines.
